Educational Mini CNC Milling Machine

General Product Characteristics

The machine is characterized by compactness, low energy consumption, fully enclosed design, combining transparent acrylic and sheet metal, providing increased safety and high stability during operation. The machine operates on 220 V.

Wide range of functions, three-axis control, equipped with industrial-grade CNC system NEWKer 16iM, corresponding to standard specifications (ISO) of programming in G-codes, with automatic alarm function and the ability to save information when power is turned off.

The spindle uses a 1.1kW brushless DC motor, which can be used for milling, drilling, engraving and other technological processes.

The X and Y axes are controlled by precise stepper motors.

The moving elements of the coordinate table and the spindle column are covered with dust- and moisture-proof covers that protect the ball screws from wear and damage.

The elements of the ball screw transmissions of precision class C3 are subjected to medium-frequency heat treatment and precision grinding. The elements of the axes have a pre-tension, which helps reduce thermal deformation. The positioning accuracy of the axes has high indicators.

This machine is equipped with automatic safety double doors, a chip blower and clamping equipment suitable for holding square workpieces.

The machine comes complete with a software simulator, which can interact with the NEWKer 16iM CNC system via the Modbus protocol in order to implement combined training, as well as visualize the processing process based on the principle of a digital twin.
