General Product Characteristics
This machine is equipped with an industrial-grade GSK 980TDi CNC system, which features a wide range of system functions, stable performance, an intuitive, concise interface and ease of operation.
The machine has a protective cover, a cooling system and can automatically process various rotating surfaces, such as cylindrical, conical surfaces, special-shaped surfaces, and also perform thread cutting, boring and reaming of holes with high efficiency and a wide range of applications.
The machine adopts GSK servo control system, has fast response speed, quiet and stable material processing, high efficiency and positioning accuracy.
The bed slides have a high-precision ground surface and are highly hard and rigid. The material of the machine’s moving units is subjected to ultrasonic hardening. The probability of wear of the guides is reduced to a minimum.
The machine saddle is easily movable without slipping, has high accuracy and a long service life. The ball screw transmission is supported by a pre-tightened paired radial-thrust ball bearing. The support guides have a centralized lubrication system. Thermal deformations of the support elements are minimized.
The machine is equipped with an electronic flywheel (GSK manual pulse generator), a four-position electric tool holder and a precision gear positioning system, which ensures high repeat positioning accuracy.
The main materials processed are: steel, copper, aluminum, etc.
The machine has a pleasant appearance and high ergonomics. The human-machine interface is organized according to the principle of high efficiency and ease of operation.
The machine comes complete with a software simulator, which can interact with the GSK 980TDi CNC system via the Modbus protocol in order to implement combined training, as well as visualize the processing process based on the principle of a digital twin.
